These four elements, water, wind, earth and fire, offer an invitation to us to pray with them, so that we might come to know what they reveal about the nature of God and our own spiritual unfolding.
Drawing upon Scripture and the writings of the Christian mystics, we will explore the spiritual life from the perspective of each element.

This day is suitable for all adults.
It is also approved by CESA as a System Accredited Module for teachers, requiring the submission of a 1500 word reflection paper.
