As an 11-year-old, Mary MacKillop made a huge decision. She discovered that the nurse, who was caring for her very ill mother, was drunk. With her father away, Mary sacked the woman & took over her mother’s care!
Throughout her life, Mary was faced with challenges that called for radical DECISIONS with often painful consequences.
Following the presentation there will be an opportunity to visit the Mary MacKillop Museum.
