Connect the Christmas story and the Advent symbols of Love, Hope, Peace and Joy with your own inner realities.
Slow-down from the speed and stress of the world around, wonder and reflect on why you are attending to the busyness.
Discover and create moments of peace through prayer, reflection, scripture, music, art and nature.
You will be provided with a take-home booklet to support your journey throughout the Advent season
